JJ Corp’s external washing solutions maintain sterility throughout the entire aseptic process, from before to after sterile filling. This is especially important for highly potent and/or freeze-dried products, which can pose a risk to operators and patients due to residues or contaminants on the outside of the containers. Our solutions use high-pressure nozzles to wash off any excess product while keeping the closures intact, ensuring that the outside surfaces of filled and sealed containers remain clean.

JJ Corp’s filling systems are designed to offer flexibility and precision for pre-sterilized and bulk containers. These systems utilize a range of technologies, including valve piston and peristaltic pump, mass-flow and time-pressure filling, to enable highly customizable filling processes. Tool-less format changes and filling stations with variable numbers of filling heads enhance flexibility. The subsequent sealing process is also versatile, with options such as gas burning or vacuum stopper insertion for tightly sealed containers. In-process control (IPC) is in place to improve filling quality through constant checks of filling weight and stopper location.

Our modular assembly systems provide efficient and fully compliant assembly of pens and cartridges. These systems are designed with scalable levels of automation to ensure reliable production of standard 4-piece disposable pens. The assembly systems come in various designs to accommodate different production rates. The rotary table version is suitable for lower and medium outputs, while the linear transport system is ideal for high-volume batches.
