Inline Inspection System

The secret to higher quality is inline inspection systems.

JJ Corp has developed a range of inline inspection systems that enable swift and direct intervention during the filling and packaging process. These systems are standardized and modular and come with an automatic height adjustment feature, making them suitable for filling vials, syringes, cartridges, or ampoules. The primary components of the system include customized lighting, cameras, and optical sensors. The fully integrated system can be operated through the JJ Corp machine HMI.

Inspects vials and ampoules for particulates in liquid and container defects. Automatic inspection machines can automatically inspect - Extraneous reflecting and non reflecting particles / Correct level of filling / Ampoules ? Vials closing.

Vials

JJ Corp provides comprehensive solutions for inline inspection of empty vials, ensuring that defects such as particles (e.g., splinters) and glass defects (e.g., scratches, cracks) are detected in advance, prior to filling and capping. The inspection systems monitor every stage of the process, from empty glass inspection to the verification of printing on the vials.

Ampoules

The inspection process for ampoules includes checking for various aspects such as the shape of the ampoule, including defects such as collapse, inflation, opening, and geometric defects. The presence of black spots is also checked. Additional optional checks may include color code rings, OPC dots, and color break rings.

  • Geometric inspection of the ampoule, which includes checking for shape irregularities such as collapse, inflation, or any other defects.
  • Black spot detection on the ampoule surface.

Cartridge

Our inspection system for cartridges includes a camera that can detect various factors beyond just dimpling height and stopper position. These additional factors include stopper orientation, cartridge length, cap height (left/right), cap width, and filling level.

Syringes

During the inline inspection of syringes, we conduct a thorough check of the rod and plunger from the top and side angles using a single camera equipped with a frontlight. Moreover, we provide a dependable detection of gap dimensions.
