Gloveless Isolator

To ensure product safety, JJ Corp’s microBatch system minimizes human intervention and uses a fully isolated, gloveless isolator. This is especially important for highly potent medicines and small batch sizes, where even the slightest contamination can have a significant impact. The system utilizes a fully robotized working cell, meeting strict quality standards for small-scale production.

High Flexibility

As batch sizes decrease, there is an increasing variety of packaging styles. However, JJ Corp’s microBatch can process syringes, vials, and cartridges, which are the most commonly used RTU containers for liquid pharmaceuticals. The system is designed to fill and close different types of glass or plastic containers without product loss, ensuring the quality of micro batch filling operations.
