JJ Corp offers manual inspection hoods suitable for small lots, re-inspection of rejects/ejects, and batch releases. For a hybrid solution between manual and automated inspection, the VIS semi-automated visual inspection series is ideal.

MIH-Port

The MIH-Port is designed to provide optimal lighting conditions for identifying particle and cosmetic defects. It features a black and white background and uniform light source that reduces eye fatigue. Additionally, LED lighting and a reversible gray background are available options. The white base includes padded elbow rests and can be folded for easy storage and portability with the help of a carrying handle.

MIH-DX

The MIH DX has a stainless-steel structure with courtesy side shields, an adjustable non-glaring black and white background, acoustical foam-lined interior, and two non-flickering fluorescent lamps (20 watts each) with an electronic ballast as standard, offering durable and high-quality features for inspection purposes.

MIH-LX

The MIH LX is constructed with matte, black-finished aluminum and comes equipped with a programmable inspection time/pacing system that includes sensor verification of both the container and inspector’s hand within the inspection zone. Additionally, this system includes a non-glaring black and white background with a reversible gray option, a white base with padded elbow rests, and two non-flickering fluorescent lamps (20 watts each) with electronic ballast.

MIH-1

The MIH-1 workstation enhances the productivity of workers by improving lighting and ergonomics and reducing interruptions from co-workers or other distractions. It features an aluminum frame with casters and a lift system that allows for quick height adjustment, ranging from 30 to 46 inches (76 to 117 cm), making it suitable for both standing and sitting inspections.

MIH-1 Mini

The MIH-1 Mini is a version of our MIH-1 manual inspection system, tailored for the inspection of sterile injectable products in various container types such as vials, ampoules, syringes, and cartridges. It functions as an independent inspection station and comes with a lift system for adjusting its height. With a width of 36″ (91.4 cm), this model is suitable for smaller spaces and offers clients the option of having a standalone unit in areas where our standard 60″ (152.4 cm) model would be too big.

MIH-IV

The MIH-IV comes equipped with a sliding hook that allows operators to hang IV bags during inspection. The hook slides effortlessly across the black and white background, promoting particle movement and improving the inspector’s ability to detect defects. Additionally, this feature enhances ergonomic working positions for operators.

APK Series

The APK is a particle inspection tool that can be placed on a table. It is available in different models with varying lighting systems, spin functions, and other special features based on the container type, size range, and user requirements.

VIS 200|500 Series

The VIS 200 and VIS 500 are semi-automated inspection systems designed to facilitate visual inspection of vials that contain liquids, powders, lyophilized products, or empty vials. These systems offer faster inspection rates and reduce operator fatigue compared to manual inspection systems. The vials are moved into a specialized viewing area and rotated for inspection. The operator then manually directs accepted or rejected vials to separate areas.
