AIM 8000 series

The AIM 8000 series is a modular platform that provides flexibility and customization options. Its vision system is capable of handling complex inspection needs for detecting cosmetic and particulate defects. Additionally, the platform incorporates Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve detection capabilities for difficult-to-inspect parenterals (DIP) and decrease false reject rates.

AIM 2|5 series

The AIM 2|5 series is an automated inspection machine designed for ampoules, vials, cartridges, and syringes. It is an upgraded version of a well-established machine platform that has undergone over a thousand validations. The machine’s advanced visual inspection system, which uses deep learning technology, can improve inspection performance, especially for products that are challenging to inspect with conventional methods. The machine also allows for the integration of a High Voltage Leak Detection (HVLD) module for Container Closure Integrity (CCI) testing.

  • The machine combines three high-end technologies for particle inspection: Static Division (SD) technology and matrix plus line scan cameras.
  • It has up to 12 inspection stations.
  • The machine features new vision software working with advanced vision tools.

AIM 3000 series

Our AIM 3000 series offers automated inspection machines that can detect particles and cosmetic defects in ampoules and vials using high resolution CMOS cameras. The machines feature LED reflection and transmission lights for double check detection of opaque, transparent, and reflective particles. They also have an optional module for 100% CCIT using high voltage leak detection (HVLD) technology to ensure reliable detection of container closure defects.

AIM296 Plus

The AIM296 Plus is an automated visual inspection machine that can inspect up to 24,000 vials or ampoules per hour. It uses Static Division (SD) light-transmission-based technology, which is reliable and efficient. Additionally, the machine has a modular design that can be customized to include a CCI testing module with HVLD technology.
